Sunday Evening Meditation at the Center

Sunday Evening Meditation at the Center

Sitting together for a little longer than at Sangha nights, without guidance, is another way to practice and can be very enriching.

We arrive in silence and sit for about 40 minutes. Someone will ring a bell at the start and end of the meditation, after which you can converse with your fellow meditators.

There are meditation benches, cushions, and chairs to sit on, or you can bring your own.

We strongly suggest that all attendees have the most up-to-date vaccines. Masks are no longer required, but are encouraged. An air purifier is also in use.
