The four-week class will be held on Zoom, 7-8:45pm, Thursdays, May 20 and 27, June 10 and 17 (no class on June 3rd). Suggested donation is $80. ALL are welcome, regardless of ability to pay.

Overview

The metta bhavana, or cultivation of loving kindness meditation, is a powerful practice that teaches us how to connect with ourselves, each other and the world with open hearts, bringing values of love, caring and solidarity. In this meditation we learn to soften self-criticism and judgement and to bring a sense of ease and openness to our participation in the world.

Suitable for those new to meditation as well as those who need a refresher.
