“It is as though the Dharma touches some spring in you,

opens something up that was hitherto blocked, melts something that was congealed,

frees up energy that was imprisoned.” —Sangharakshita

Something for Everyone

While Dharma study is one of the Three Jewels that comprise the heart of Buddhist tradition, Sangha (or the Spiritual Community) is equally important. Coming together and forming spiritual friendship through our shared values and practice is something essential to our individual liberation. We invite you to consider participating in any of our ongoing events, in addition to classes, as a way of our getting to know each other, and deepening our practice.
