Ready to learn more about Buddhism and meditation? We offer classes and courses at different levels of engagement to accommodate for any schedule. Drop-in classes focus on the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (Cultivation of Loving Kindness) practices; whereas the 6-Week Introduction to Meditation and Buddhism Course additionally covers the core principles of Buddhist practice, and how they can meaningfully affect the way we live.
