Sangha Night

Sangha Night

Community Practice for All

Find enthusiasm and encouragement
in practicing together.

Practicing Buddhism with others offers a unique opportunity to get to know oneself, learn from each other, and express oneself more deeply through relationship.

On a typical Sangha Night, we gather at 6:00 pm, and start the program at 6:15. After introductions, we meditate for 30 minutes. The second half of the evening will vary. There may be a talk and discussion, additional meditation practice, or a devotional practice night (puja).

Refer to the schedule on the home page for details about each Sunday night.
