No arrivals after Thursday, August 14th. without the approval of the retreat leaders.
Registration deadline is August 4th.
No refunds for cancellations will be provided after August 1st. If you must cancel, send an email to sacredwaters2025@gmail.com before the refund deadline.
We do our best to organize and arrange carpools for retreats. However, our transportation resources are limited. If you have access to a car and can drive others, please do. Riders are expected to share gas costs. If you are carpooling, you will be notified a few days before the retreat who you’re going with.
There will be shared rooms with no more than two people of the same gender to a room.
